Mr. Staley is an associate in the Houston office and handles litigation & bankruptcy matters. Mr. Staley was born in Natchez, Mississippi on December 18, 1967. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Mississippi in 1989. Following graduation, Mr. Staley was employed by the Central Intelligence Agency in Washington, D.C. He then attended South Texas College of Law, receiving his Juris Doctor degree in 1996.

Mr. Staley was admitted to the Bar by the Supreme Court of the State of Texas in November of 1996. He was licensed to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in 1997, the United States District court for the Southern District of Texas in 1996, and the Eastern, Northern and Western Districts of Texas in 1997.

Mr. Staley is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Federal Bar Association and the Houston Bar Association.
